We produce the sparkling wine from the variety Blue Frankonian and according to the traditional method. It matures on yeast for at least two years. The basic wine gives this sparkling wine an extreme fruity note, freshness, and due to the terroir of the vine also a nicely soft mineral note. The first impression in the mouth is very pleasant – fruity and fresh; it feels light, young and drinkable. Another characteristic of the sparking wine are smooth sparkling bubbles. The aftertaste is nice and semi-long.
