We produce the sparkling wine from the variety Pinot Blanc. When the grapes are pressed, we use only the freerun. After maturing the wine for five months we bottle it and here the second alcohol fermentation takes place (traditional classic method of production). The wine is maturing on yeast at least three years. The sparkling wine Konjiška penina white is dry (residual sugar 7 g/l), the scent is fresh and fruity, the aroma is rich and multilayered, when tasted it feels very fresh and drinkable. The bubbles are long-lasting and are causing nice sparkling effects. This sparkling wine has a special character because of its basic wine, where the location and terroir are expressed.
