From our selected site Cˇint (4000 vines) we produce 3000 bottles only during our best vintages. Classic maceration takes place for three weeks and then the wines mature in used Barrique barrels for at least 13 months. The features of the Pinot Noir include a dark ruby-red colour, a distinguished variety aroma, which resembles berries, raspberries and cherries. The wine is fruity, rich in taste, harmonic, with a mature acid and elegant tannins. This is en exquisite Pinot Noir on which we are very proud of.
